  profile from the employer which enables us to determine the
  organization’s expectations, job demands and the responsibilities in that
  particular position.
 
  Additionally, our Human Resource Management Division at AJMS helps
  to assess the applicant’s existing skills and potential for acquiring skills,
  areas of interests, personal characteristics and tendency to interact with
  people thereby giving complete measure of the candidate’s potential.

  decision making for choosing the most suitable candidate for our client’s
